Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional transit days for delivery during peak times.

Shipping Locations

Bulk Soap Direct ships from multiple warehouse locations across the United States.
Your order may be fulfilled from one or more of our shipping points depending on product availability and your delivery address.

This multi-point fulfillment system allows us to ship your order faster and ensure you receive your products in excellent condition.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas or due to carrier delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, which will be noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number(s).
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive tracking information for each package shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at support@bulksoapdirect.com with your order number and details.
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
